The Saved Prompts tab is your personal library of “Gold Standard” instructions. While the Recent tab tracks every experiment, the Saved area is where you store complex, high-performing prompts that deliver consistent results for your specific SEO or content needs.
Accessing Your Prompt History
The journey to faster bulk editing begins with your past successes. To access your library of previous instructions:
- Navigate to the AI Cockpit in the left-hand sidebar.
- Locate the Prompt History icon (the clock symbol) in the top right corner of the pane.
- Click the icon to slide open the Prompt History section.
Accessing Your Library
Switch from the "Recent" view to the Saved view by clicking the tab with the Heart icon.
Prompt Action Buttons
Every prompt card features four essential icons at the bottom right.
Edit
Unlike recent history, saved prompts allow you to rename the title or refine the instruction. Use this to keep your "Gutenberg-friendly" rules updated as WordPress standards evolve.
Copy
Instantly copy the full text of the prompt to your clipboard. This is perfect for sharing successful logic with team members or using it in external documentation.
Run
Click this to immediately apply the saved instruction to all selected rows in your spreadsheet without ever re-typing the prompt.
Delete
Permanently removes the template from your library once it is no longer needed.
