Prompt History & Actions

The Prompt History pane is designed to streamline your workflow by turning past actions into reusable assets. Each entry in your history is more than just a text log; it is an interactive card equipped with quick-action tools to accelerate your content production.

Accessing Your Prompt History

The journey to faster bulk editing begins with your past successes. To access your library of previous instructions:

  • Navigate to the AI Cockpit in the left-hand sidebar.
  • Locate the Prompt History icon (the clock symbol) in the top right corner of the pane.
  • Click the icon to slide open the Prompt History section.

History Interface

Before using the action buttons, familiarize yourself with the organizational layout:

  • Search Bar: Instantly filter your history by typing keywords to find specific past instructions.
  • Recent Tab: A chronological list of your latest AI interactions (indicated by the count in parentheses).
  • Saved Tab: Your curated library of high-performing prompts that you’ve "hearted" for future use.

Prompt Action Buttons

Every prompt card features four essential icons at the bottom right.

Save

Function: Adds the prompt to your Saved tab.

When to use: Use this for complex instructions that took time to perfect, such as a specific SEO framework or a brand-specific formatting rule.

Benefit: Moves the prompt out of the "Recent" clutter and into a permanent library for one-click access.

Copy

Function: Copies the full text of the prompt to your clipboard.

When to use: Use this if you want to paste the prompt into another document for safe-keeping or if you need to manually edit the prompt in the main AI Cockpit text area before running it again.

Run

Function: Immediately executes the prompt on the currently selected row(s) in your spreadsheet.

When to use: This is the fastest way to apply a successful instruction to new data without re-typing or clicking into the main prompt box.

Benefit: Enables rapid-fire bulk editing for consistent content optimization across multiple posts.

Delete

Function: Permanently removes the prompt entry from your history.

When to use: Use this to declutter your "Recent" list or to remove failed experiments and typos so they don’t distract you later.
