This guide explains how to correctly install and activate the Sheets Pilot Pro plugin on your WordPress website. You’ll learn how to install the free version first, upgrade to Pro, and connect your license key to unlock premium features.
Download the Plugin
Visit the official Sheets Pilot website at https://sheetspilot.ai/. Locate the download section and save the plugin file (usually a .zip file) to your computer. Ensure you know where the file is saved for easy access in the next steps.
Access Your WordPress Dashboard
Log in to your WordPress admin area. In the left-hand sidebar menu, navigate to Plugins and then click on Add New Plugin.
Upload the Plugin File
At the top of the “Add Plugins” page, click the “Upload Plugin” button. This will open a file upload section.
- Click “Choose File”
- Select the Sheets Pilot .zip file you downloaded in Step 1
- Click “Open”
Once the file is selected, click “Install Now” to begin the installation process.
After the installation is complete, click “Activate” to enable the plugin on your WordPress website.
Access Your Account
Log in to users.freemius.com/login to access your account dashboard.
Download the Pro Plugin
Navigate to the downloads section using the menu and click the download button to download the Pro plugin.
Copy Your License Key
A zip file with the pro plugin will download to your computer, and a dialog with your license key will show up. Click on the “Copy License Key” button and navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
Upload the Plugin to WordPress
Inside your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins -> Add New and click on the “Upload Plugin” button at the top. Then click on “Choose File” and select the Zip file that was downloaded to your computer. To finish, click the “Install Now” button.
Activate the Plugin
After installation is complete, you will get a success message. Click on the “Activate Plugin” button to activate the pro plugin.
Locate the Pro Plugin
Scroll down in the plugins list to view “SheetsPilot Pro” and click on the “Activate License” link.
Activate Your License
In the dialog, paste your license key and click on the “Activate License” button.
