Scroll down through the catalog settings inside the sidebar panel. Toggle the Product Visibility switch to active to add the column directly to your main spreadsheet grid.
Edit WooCommerce Product Visibility Meta Fields
Click directly into the cell under the Product Visibility column for any product row. This opens the dropdown menu, allowing you to select and update your display preferences instantly:
- Catalog & search: Visible everywhere.
- Catalog: Visible in category pages, hidden from search.
- Search: Visible in search results, hidden from category pages.
