Bulk Edit WooCommerce Product Stock in a Spreadsheet

Managing product details across a growing e-commerce store usually means clicking into hundreds of individual items, waiting for editors to load, and hitting save, a click-heavy process that wastes hours.

SheetsPilot Pro solves this by pulling your inventory into a unified grid. You get the speed of spreadsheet editing to edit in a table and instantly view WooCommerce product Manage Stock meta fields in a table side-by-side with your primary content.

Open the Field Visibility Panel

Navigate to the dashboard and select Products from the top post-type dropdown menu. Click the Columns icon in the top-right header to slide open the Field Visibility & Order panel.

Enable the Manage Stock Column

Inside the panel, scroll down to the catalog metrics and toggle the Manage Stock switch to active. This adds the stock management column directly into the main table grid.

Toggle Stock Management On

Click the toggle switch under the Manage Stock column to turn it on (the switch will turn black). This enables individual stock tracking for that specific item.

Configure Stock Quantities and Thresholds

Click the Settings icon next to the active toggle switch. This opens the Stock management settings modal on the right side of the screen. From here, you can:

  • Adjust the Quantity using the plus/minus buttons or by typing the stock count.
  • Set a Low Stock Threshold to trigger automated email alerts when inventory runs low.
  • Click Save and Close to apply the changes and return to the main table.

SheetsPilot Pro bridges the gap between complex e-commerce data and high-speed spreadsheet automation. It allows you to rapidly edit WooCommerce product Manage Stock meta fields right from your dashboard without losing quality control.

If you are ready to configure your visible fields or need help fine-tuning your automated AI prompts, our support team is standing by to walk you through it!
