Sorting Options
At the top of the menu, use the Sort A to Z or Sort Z to A buttons to instantly reorganize your entire list based on the author’s name or email.
Search Bar
If you have a large team, use the built-in search bar to quickly find a specific author without scrolling through the list.
Selection Toggles
Each author has a checkbox next to their name.
- Uncheck an author to hide their posts from your current view.
- Check an author to include their content in the spreadsheet.
Select All & Clear
Use the "Select All" checkbox to toggle all items at once, or click the Clear button at the bottom to reset your filters and start fresh.
